Operator guidance for the TMS account area, profile settings, users, and API key management.
Overview
The TMS account area is the operator-facing place for user and organization settings.
Current Areas
The account surface currently includes:
- profile fields and alert preferences
- MFA state
- user visibility by role and scope
- API key management
- organization-facing account context
API Keys
API keys are created from Account -> API in TMS. The docs and live tester are published on docs.pinrail.xyz, while production requests now target api.pinrail.xyz and key lifecycle management stays inside the portal.
User Visibility
The account area can also expose organization-scoped user visibility based on the signed-in role and permissions.
